If you're new to pool service, we'll train you. If you have experience, we'll build on it. We support certifications and continuing education because better-trained pool service technicians do better work, which is a win for everyone.
Most of our technician roles have consistent daytime schedules with weekends off or on-call rotation. Pool service is seasonal in some climates, but across our six Southeast service areas, the work stays fairly steady year-round.
We pay based on experience, skill level, and performance. We're transparent about pay ranges and review compensation regularly.
